These guys were total pros. We had a rock shatter a double pained odd shaped (extra large) window. They got it made up and installed as soon as anyone could possibly have done so. Also, both guys were EXTREMELY friendly and fast too. Don't hesitate to call them if you need something taken care of.

Had best experience with this company. Needed casement window above entry door replaced. Owner provided a very competitive estimate over the phone stating he was very familiar with this type of window. He came out and measured the window stating it is a special order. As I was to be out of town for several days, it was agreed that we would schedule installation upon my return. This was done. The Owner was very professional and personable. I submitted a request for a quote and within the hour Mr. Cox contacted me and asked me to send a picture of the window that needed to be replaced. Mark is a great guy and always answers the phone. Came out on a Monday and measured 3 custom shaped window glass and replaced on a Thursday. Was way cheaper and than replacing the entire window assembly.

The owner came out when he said he would and made the measurements, explained that this is a custom order and quoted me a very fair and competitive price. As I was to be out of town for several days, I informed owner that I would call him to arrange installation upon my return. He came out on the agreed date and time and completed the removal of old window and installation of the new one. I could not be more satisfied with this entire experience and would recommend Bailey Glass Services without hesitation.
